The initial cleaning is charged at an hourly rate. Once the domestic cleaners have determined the level of maintenance needed to keep your home clean, we can agree on a flat rate for all future, regularly scheduled visits (weekly, every two weeks, monthly, etc.)

That is your option. It will be great if someone at home to check the quality of service.

Normally it is made up of one (1) person although, on some occasions, we may send two (2) people.

The domestic cleaners were carefully selected, but they did not go for a background check. However, it is available upon request at customer's expense.

The domestic cleaners will provide all cleaning products and equipment, so you don't have to worry about replenishing your supplies. If you have special cleaning products you want them to use, please feel free to inform us ahead of time.

We guarantee a specific day and an estimated time frame. Due to ever-changing daily conditions (traffic, longer cleaning times, unexpected events, etc.) we are unable to commit to a specific time but do provide you with a 30 to 45 minute window of our arrival. If you need a time guarantee, feel free to call us. Within reason, we will do our best to reach a mutually agreeable solution.

Simply call, text or email us at least 24 hours prior to your cleaning visit. We will try to accommodate any rescheduling request as long as our schedule allows it. If you cancel the service in less than 48 hours from the scheduled service date, we will charge a cancellation fee of $100.

Please keep in mind that we do not overbook our schedule. In the event, that you need to reschedule the cleaning without proper notice, we will not have enough opportunity to fill the schedule with another client. This decrease the domestic crew's income and affects our small business. Respecting our procedure for rescheduling will help us ensure that you will get the best cleaning service possible.

We accept Visa or Mastercard only. Payment is due at time of service. We use Stripe technology to keep the credit card information secured. Charges will then be applied once each cleaning visit has been completed.
